Chaynarium specializes in selling vinyl records to individuals across EU countries. The Website also offers paid event bookings, including the Tea & Vinyl Experience and the Tea & Music Educational Circle, held at Chaynarium in Lisbon.

Until final rules are published, bookings made through the Website are subject to the confirmation email you receive after payment and to applicable Portuguese and EU consumer law.

By using the Website, you confirm that:

• You are placing orders for personal use, not for resale.

Products: We offer vinyl records from our collection.

Availability: Products displayed as "in stock" on the Website are available for purchase.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Changes: We reserve the right to change product availability and prices without prior notice.

Ordering Process: Customers can place orders through the Website checkout. If you wish to change your order, please email us immediately at [email protected]. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor.

Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed.

Shipping Providers: Orders are shipped via Portugal's CTT or DHL services.

Delivery Area: We ship to EU countries only.

Delivery Timeframe: Average delivery is 5–10 business days.

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be displayed at checkout.

There are no additional customs or duties, as we only ship within the EU. Customers pay only for delivery fees as calculated during checkout.

Returns Policy: We do not accept returns after an order has been shipped.

Refunds: If your order has not been shipped, you may request a refund by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

Account Creation: Creating an account is optional. Orders can be placed without an account.

Account Information: To create an account, you must provide your name, email address, and a password.

Account Termination: Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected].

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Website or Products is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
